      she is really really smart for that though. you don't have to pay rent, electricity, water costs, etc. because everything is provided by SM. you can get to work at the company, but also you get the salary and a place to stay

      Hyoyeon must have millions saved up. HRS' comeback was second embarrassment for me but she definitely went from the overlooked member to someone who shines and has made very smart choices!

      I remember reading in Jessica's book that this dorm was in a very luxurious spot in Seoul too and she was the first to leave the dorms because her parents moved to a house close to them and some of the members followed suit and it actually became healthy for them and they got to be closer because of it. For a time.

      SM should stop sending the cleaning lady, and Hyoyeon should only use one room so others can use the second room. That apartment is like $3,000+/month in rent.

      We too often hear about agency horror stories etc, It's a nice change to come across a story like this one, it was a bit misleading though, its not the dorm house frome 20 years ago but an apartment of 5 years, no one in SNSD would be in the dorm room from 20 years back, that would be a horror story

      Remember ladies and gentlemen, Kyuhyun from SuperJunior also stayed in the dorm UNTIL he left SM as a SOLO artist. He was politely asked to leave.

      Let's be honest here folks, Hyo lives there rent-free but mainly cause of the 하숙집 이모 — boarding house auntie's cooking. Whoever Hyo marries will have to do the cooking, cleaning and pay the bills! LOL

      And maybe once she left, SM will stop funding SNSD’s dorm, give it to trainees or let it go. So it’s good that she’s keeping SNSD’s home and she’s getting the whole dorm without spending 😅
