I love sushi, unfortunately I can only eat freshly caught fish because of my histamine intolerance. That's why I like to go to the sea (also because of my asthma) to finally eat fresh fish on site again. I just don't like squid at all anymore after a bad experience. I love scallops wrapped in bacon and fried crispy, with a rocket salad (balsamic vinegar and olive oil with mustard, honey, sea salt, black pepper and onions/garlic in the dressing (really only a little onion/garlic so as not to distort the taste of the scallop). I make the dressing by feeling and without a recipe, it tastes different and delicious every time. Try it yourself, it really tastes heavenly 😋👍
