      [Episode 10 Hot Challenge: Spicy Gimbap – Spicy Stir-Fried Fish Cakes]

      ❤‍🔥 Ingredients
      – Fish cakes (Eomuk): 800g
      – 5 Cheongyang peppers
      – Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
      – Water: 50g
      – Oligosaccharide: 20g
      – Red pepper powder: 50g
      – Soy sauce: 80g
      – Oyster sauce: 30g
      – Sesame oil: 10g
      – Buldak sauce: 50g
      – Sugar: 30g
      – Cooking oil: 10g

      🧑‍🍳 Recipe
      1. Cut the fish cakes into bite-sized pieces.
      2. Mince the Cheongyang peppers and garlic.
      3. Heat cooking oil in a pan, cook the minced garlic over low heat, then add the fish cakes and stir-fry.
      4. Add all the ingredients to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked. Enjoy!

      다진마늘 1숟가락
      물 50g
      올리고당 20g
      고추가루 50g
      간장 80g
      굴소스 30g
      참기름 10g
      불닭소스 50g
      설탕 30g
      식용유 10g

      🧑‍🍳 레시피
      1. 어묵을 먹기 좋은 크기로 잘라준다.
      2. 청양고추와 마늘을 다져준다.
      3. 후라이팬에 식용유를 두르고 간마늘을 약한 불에 볶다가 어묵을 넣고 볶아준다.
      4. 모든 재료를 후라이팬에 함께 넣어주고 익을 때까지 볶아주면 완성!

      I suspected Brian was tipsy and when he showed the empty bottle, it confirmed my suspicion since that was a hard drink and they were drinking it like….yeah…

      Now I am looking forward to seeing Chan and Felix to be in the show…
